The last and final room in our 1920's fixer upper is finally finished...
It is with great excitement, and very (very) little sadness… That I present the HUGE kitchen reveal! 5 weeks, 1 broken sink, countless splinters, cuts, dropped microwave, and a cracked windshield…
We could not be happier! I have never taken on such an ambitious project before… from beginning to end, it was planned to a T… I started with a plan, which you can see HERE, and week after week threw my ALL at this kitchen! It literally was one DIY after another! So get ready because this is a MASSIVE post of the finished product!
I love it… LOVE IT!
I’ll just refresh your memory of what we started with… Big was able to find the ORIGINAL photos of the house before moving in! WHAT A TREAT!
Sooo…. yeah nothing special…
and for the HUGE, huge, MASSIVE reveal…
My favorite part is the Island… It was really simple to make and that concrete top and pull out trash is everything!
And the new office/coffee nook!
I just can’t get enough of it… I find myself just standing in there staring at things!
Our (second) farmhouse sink! Still obsessed!
It turned out just as I’d hoped!
(OK maybe a little better!)
I will post later this week with a complete shopping list and links to other DIY’s for this kitchen! In the mean time… please enjoy!
There you have it! The fruits of my 5 week Renovation Labor! What do you think!? Do you love it? Have you done a DIY Kitchen Remodel before? I swear I’ll post all of the steps, and DIY’s later this month, but for now… do as I’ve been doing and enjoy the view!
Until next time kiddos…
Do what you love, and love what you do!
